Hope everyone is enjoying the colorful fall weather and getting accustomed to the changing season.

In order to continue learning and supporting each other, BeyondRehab is hosting a monthly PD education series to shed some light on the current research and opportunity to collectively learn from individual’s experiences.

During my interaction and engagement working with the PD community, I noticed the gradual rise in discomfort, stiffness and achiness accompanied with the cooler weather. In order to support the community with the changing weather, we will be hosting an online session to discuss changing season, aches and pain. There will be a brief presentation of current evidence, guidelines and opportunity ask questions and share experience.
